My name is Rebecca. I am a Personal Health Coach

Rebecca is a member of the AEPT (Affiliation of Ethical & Professional Therapists) and am fully insured to practice.
My philosophy is simple. I keep things practical, easy and effective. Good nutrition should never be about restriction. It should be about great food, cooked well, and simple at the same time! Great nutrition leads to a great life!
I am Nutrition editor for two online publications (The Finchley Arrow and where I regularly contribute nutrition and recipe articles.

Early Stages

I have always been so interested in food and nutrition. In my late teens I was diagnosed with a wheat and dairy intolerance as well as IBS. I researched and created delicious healthy recipe alternatives alongside nutritional supplements and got my symptoms under control.

Career Start

In 2008 I graduated from Westminster University with a degree in Business Management. I worked for 3 years in the corporate world as a Personal Assistant. In 2011 I decided to follow my dream and went back to study for a Diploma. I qualified with distinction in Clinical Nutrition. I went on to study further and gain a diploma in Sports Nutrition.

My clients – people are diverse,
but one thing unites all: an active position in life.
