I went to see Rebecca for help with weight loss, and the first thing I noticed is that she is not just a nutritionist but a good friend as well. She helped me firstly to change the way I think about healthy food, in order for me to achieve my goals. Following Rebecca’s advice i can see the results and changes very quickly. The funny thing is that i used to think healthy food doesn’t taste nice. Now it’s like I have been re-educated on how and where to get healthy food. I enjoy food now. Rebecca told me that i was just eating to survive and she was 100% right. Now I can cook my own food with the things iI enjoy in a controlled way. Now only am I losing weight, but also can’t believe what a difference there is in my mood. I can also see changes in my hair and skin too! I’m very glad I met Rebecca.
