What we bring
We have a wealth of experience supporting people with type 2 diabetes and weight loss and can provide practical ideas for meal plans, recipes and resources. However, our skills as a coach will be to really listen to you, understand your reality, challenges and frustrations and help you determine the best way forward. We may ask questions, offer insights and uncover connections to help you fully explore the options you identify.
